Terms of Purchase

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE ONLINE STORE

The general terms and conditions are drawn up in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), the recommendations of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia (GZS), and based on international codes for e-commerce. The online store progarollerski.com is owned and operated by SKITTI d.o.o.


The Agreement

The agreement consists of these sales conditions, information given in the order solution and any specially agreed terms. In the event of any conflict between the information, what is specifically agreed between the parties will prevail, as long as it does not contravene mandatory legislation. The agreement will also be supplemented by relevant legal provisions that regulate the purchase of goods between businesses and consumers.


The Parties

The seller is SKITTI, d.o.o., SI 90821475, Podlipovica 27z, Izlake, 1411, SI, and is hereinafter referred to as the provider or seller. The buyer is the consumer who makes the order, and is hereinafter referred to as the buyer.

The seller ensures product conformity in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-1). The buyer is entitled to a guarantee for the proper functioning of the goods upon purchase. In the event of a defect, the buyer may file a complaint in accordance with ZVPot-1. All information on the complaint procedure is available on our website and accessible to the buyer upon purchase.


Entering Into an Agreement

The agreement is binding on both parties when the buyer has sent his order to the seller. However, the agreement is not binding if there have been typing or typing errors in the offer from the seller in the ordering solution in the online store or in the buyer’s order, and the other party realized or should have realized that such an error existed.


PRICES

All prices on our website are in EUR and include VAT.

Shipping appears as a separate item when the customer has arrived at the checkout section. The stated price for the item and services is the total price the buyer must pay. This price includes all taxes and additional costs. Additional costs that the seller before the purchase has not informed about, the buyer shall not bear.


PAYMENT

The seller accepts payments with all major debit and credit cards. When paying by card, the total amount of the order is charged immediately upon completion of the purchase. The Seller also offers payment by bank transfer based on a prior invoice. If this payment method is selected, the invoice will be prepared manually and sent to the email address provided by the buyer during checkout. The payment deadline is indicated on the invoice. Payments made by bank transfer are verified manually. Once full payment has been received, the seller will issue a payment confirmation and dispatch the ordered products.


ORDERING

Ordering through the progarollerski.com online store is available within the European Union countries and operates 24/7. Products can be selected and ordered from the product list. If a desired item is not listed, contact us at info@progarollerski.com to check availability. Products are delivered by post unless the buyer indicates personal pick-up at a pre-arranged location.

If the buyer does not cancel the order, it proceeds to processing. The provider reviews the order, checks availability, and either confirms or rejects the order with justification. The provider may additionally contact the buyer to verify details or ensure accurate delivery.

The provider reserves the right to change prices; in such cases, the customer will be informed by email or SMS.


PURCHASE PROCESS

Registration is not required for purchases. After selecting a product, simply follow the steps provided (enter information, select payment method, etc.). To remove an item from the cart, click "remove."


ORDER PROCESS

- Order Unconfirmed: The buyer receives an email confirming the order is received but unconfirmed.
- Order Confirmed: The provider checks product availability and either confirms or cancels the order. Confirmation is sent via email. At this point, the contract is considered binding.
- Order Shipped: The goods are dispatched and the buyer is notified via email. The email also includes contact information for delivery delays or complaints.

The original invoice is sent together with the goods.


WARRANTY

Warranty given by the seller or manufacturer gives the buyer rights in addition to those the buyer already has under mandatory legislation. A guarantee thus does not imply any restrictions on the buyer’s right to complaint and claims in the event of delay or defects.


PERSONAL INFORMATION

The party responsible for processing collected personal data is the seller. Unless the buyer agrees to something else, the seller may, in accordance with the Personal Data Act, only collect and store the personal data that is necessary for the seller to be able to carry out the obligations under the agreement. The buyer’s personal information will only be disclosed to others if it is necessary for the seller to implement the agreement with the buyer, or in statutory cases.


CONFLICT RESOLUTION

Complaints are addressed to the seller within a reasonable time. The parties shall endeavor to resolve any disputes amicably. If this does not succeed, the buyer can contact the Consumer Council for mediation.
