ORDER CANCELLATION

You can cancel your order by sending a written request via email.


COMPLAINTS

In the event that the customer receives a damaged product, they must notify the online store within 8 days of receiving the item. Notification can be sent by email to info@progarollerski.com.

Claims can only be made by the purchaser listed on the original invoice.

Warranty becomes void in the following cases:
– Defects caused by improper use, negligent handling, mechanical damage, or force majeure.
– Unauthorized modifications or structural changes to the product (e.g., use of non-original components).
– Incorrect handling or damage due to negligent behavior.


PRODUCT RETURNS

Customers who are not satisfied with their purchased products may return them at their own expense within the legally prescribed period. The return period is 14 days from the day the consumer takes possession of the goods.

The provider may withhold reimbursement until the returned goods are received or until the consumer provides proof that the goods have been returned.

The full purchase amount will be refunded, but the consumer is responsible only for the cost of returning the goods. Product returns are subject to Article 43 of the Consumer Protection Act.

Returns will only be accepted if the goods are returned in original, undamaged packaging, along with the accompanying documentation. If the product is damaged, spoiled, lost, or reduced in quantity, the consumer is liable for the diminished value, if it results from handling that was not necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Refunds will be processed as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days after receiving the notice of withdrawal. Refunds are made to the buyer’s bank account (IBAN) or to the same payment method used for the original purchase.

To return goods or withdraw from the contract, the customer must send a clear written notice by regular post or by email to info@progarollerski.com.

Withdrawal from the contract is not possible for goods made according to the customer’s specific instructions.
