SHIPPING DESTINATIONS AND PRICES

We ship to countries within the European Union. Shipping fees vary by country. Below is a list of delivery fees for each country that we ship to. Prices are given for both the regular package size and the larger one, in case of a larger order.

We use the GLS courier service for deliveries. Shipping rates are currently aligned with the official price list of our logistics partner GLS for shipments from Slovenia, where our company is based, to other countries within the European Union. Delivery to countries outside the listed destinations is unfortunately not available at the moment.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. In this case, we are obliged to update the above price list.

Personal pickup at the company headquarters is also possible. In this case, please contact us via the contact form or directly via our email address: info@progarollerski.com.


PACKAGING

Up to 4 rollerskis can be shipped in one single package. In this case, a single shipping fee is charged. The weight of one skateboard package is approx. 1.2 kg. The total length and volume of such a package is a maximum of 80 cm. In the case of an order larger than the aforementioned, a higher shipping fee will be charged (refer to above list).

If there are any changes to the shipping costs, we will notify you in advance using the contact details you provided during the checkout (SMS or email).


DELIVERIES

For items that are in stock, the estimated delivery time is up to 14 days from the date the order is placed.

For items that are currently out of stock, the estimated delivery time is approx. 2 months. If necessary, we will inform you about a more precise delivery date. In case of delays or other unforeseen issues, we will notify you immediately using the contact details you provided during the checkout (SMS or email).

Orders paid via bank transfer in advance (prior invoice) will be shipped as soon as the payment is received in our bank account.

Purchases through the online store are intended for private individuals (B2C) in the first place. However, we also collaborate with businesses.
